Grid Bender
Auto-Bender
Auto Bender is integrated with the Tool-Designer software to allow quick and accurate grid component production.
Geometry output from Tool-Designer software is sent directly to the bender for easy, accurate and fast bending of all grid angles and radii. High accuracy servo motors and llinear ball screws control the bending stroke and positioning of the end stop to enhance bending speed and precision. Bending dies can be quickly changed to compensate for radius, bend type when bending support rails or grid material.
